In a lot of cases the vendors do not want a for sale sign on their premises and sometimes do not allow us even to advertise the sale in the media or on our web pages. Therefore we match the details on our 'Home-Match' Database and have had many successful sales by this method.
The unfortunate part of this situation is that many property seekers do not hear about the sale until it is too late, and are disappointed.

We search the Home-Match database every time a property is listed and send details immediately.
The only reason that you might not get information from us is if your details are listed incorrectly or too vaguely. Please give us as many details of your requirements as possible, you can send a number of separate forms if you are not looking for a specific property.
Remember to include a price range or the programme will treat it as £0. Even though there is a 10% leeway built-in, £0 will not result in many matching properties coming up.
